用登录身份上报外部分数（不需要 ingest token）。
与 /api/ingest/benchmark 的分工：那个是给跑在别处、只有一个 token 的进程用的； 这个是给人用的 —— 评测跑完了，本地有一份分数文件，直接交上来。要求调用者对这次 run 有写权限，所以不必再签一个 token。
