Fleet Config Schema

Which settings each kind of Fleet may override, and how to render them.

Served rather than duplicated in the console for the reason the settings page learned the hard way: a client keeping its own copy of the schema silently drops whatever the server added since, and the symptom is a field that exists, is documented, and cannot be edited anywhere.

Above /api/fleets/{fleet_id} in the file because FastAPI matches in declaration order and config-schema would otherwise be read as a fleet id.

Labels and descriptions come from mintlify/settings.yaml — these keys are WebSettings fields, so the file that already documents them is the one place they are worded, in both languages.
