Visibility per type is whatever that type’s own list endpoint already enforces: jobs and projects narrow to the caller, the account directory is admin-only, the rest are visible to any signed-in user. Search adds no exposure surface — what it finds equals what the corresponding list page would already show.
href comes from the server so route ownership stays in one place.
