The only irreversible action on this router, and the only one whose audit row is the sole remaining trace of what existed. Owner or admin.
A dataset that runs have referenced is not refused. The reproducibility of those runs is genuinely lost, and the console says so with the count before asking — but a dataset containing something that should never have been uploaded is exactly the one that has already been used, and refusing there would leave the only copy in place. The reference rows themselves stay: “this run read alice/qa-rl v3” remains true after the data is gone, and deleting that record would be rewriting history rather than deleting data.
