For a push that was wrong. Deleting the whole dataset to undo one bad push would also discard the description, the card and the visibility.
Deleting the last version is allowed and leaves the dataset with no versions — a state this registry already reaches when a push never finishes writing its index, and the one somebody re-pushing a corrected version wants.
