The method catalog: built-in recipes plus anything published as a recipe pack, each with a source badge.

With a name, it prints that method’s parameters — their types, ranges, defaults and where each one lands in the training framework’s own config. That is the same declaration sf validate checks your config against, so it is the authoritative answer to “what can I tune here”.
